LabVIEW UDP Interface for Arduino

Use LabVIEW to control your Arduino via UDP.

While LINX is the most common way to communicate between LabVIEW and devices like Arduino and chipKIT, it is not the only way. In some cases where communicating over vast distances or custom measurements and control are necessary it is possible to create a custom communication method suited to the specific application. In this project LabVIEW is communicating via UDP with an Arduino equipted with the Arduino Ethernet shield. Data is displayed both on the LabVIEW front panel and on a tablet using Data Dashboard for LabVIEW.
